Here we have an insanely delicious sparkling Lambrusco that's crammed full of Intense fruit notes of black cherries and rose petals - creating a deep purple colour with a hint of Rose. Made from a blend of hand harvested Lambrusco Di Sorbara, Fortana and Pinot Noir from Emilia Romagna.
Vitivinicola Fangareggi wines are produced only from the family's 24 hectares of vineyards in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena. Grapes are largely hand harvested and they are practicing organic with an advanced integrated pest management protocol. The producers use only indigenous yeasts for primary fermentation to produce six types of sparkling wines, both red and white, with a focus on the production of Lambrusco.
