Mersel Wines mantra is simply, "Keep it simple", Their wines are made naturally, with very little or no sulfites, unfiltered and unfined using organic farming methods, resulting in simple fermented wine
Leb Nat is Pet Nat from Lebanon. Sometimes you don't need to overpay marketing departments.
Sangiovese and the native Merwah grape from high altitude sites in north central Lebanon are responsible for this tremendous fun-in-the-sun wine, that has a great bubbly bounce.
It revels in bright cherry and herby flavours, some tangerine tang and a light, thirst-quenching finish.
