New collaborative cuvée with 2Naturkinder, (alongside Amazones). A blend of Silvaner, Bacchus, and Muller Thurgau, all of which spend a week on skins. Aromatic (Bacchus may have flirted with some muscat), ripe (taste like it could be from the Loire) and crispy all at once (after ail it could be Alsatian too!). From this the idea of naming this cuvée “Tu Viens d’Ou?” - literally “Where are you from?”.
With her wine-making project 'Vins et Volailles', she takes over and renames the family business, a poultry specialist farm based in the Dordogne, and started co-producing and distributing limited editions of incredible and unique natural wines. Each Wine and label is designed by Justine, and they use the opportunity to call out the overly patriarchal and misogynistic attitude of the wine industry and society at large.
Producer: Fleur Godart
Grapes: Bacchus, Sylvaner (25%) Müller-Thurgau
