Domaine Muller-Koeberle's incredible pet nat Rainette 2021 kicks things off. This isn't any light and flowery sparkling wine, this packs a real punch on all levels carried by super soft popping bubbles and an incredibly moreish line of acidity. Expect notes of honey, apricot, and orange rind, chill this right down, pour with friends and you're in natty wine heaven.
Producer: Domaine Muller-Koeberle
Region: Alsace, France
Grapes: Riesling, Muscat
Next up is fan favourite 9 Is Enough Orange from Valentina Passalacqua. Made from 100% Falanghina that undergo spontaneous fermentation in open vats with 8 days skin contact, completely unfiltered and as natural as they come. A wine that oozes aromas of Orange Fanta and Vanilla while on the palate, it's a more exotic affair, with pineapple, mango, and some orange peel notes.
We've finished this awesome pack off with an expertly made Chenin Blanc from South African pioneers, Good Hope Winery. Pale golden in colour with aromas of lemon rind & cinnamon. Super light and refreshing on the palate with notes of zingy fresh lime and a mineral-rich finish.
Producer: Good Hope Winery
Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa
Grapes: Chenin Blanc
