Camillo Donati is known for their funky fizz, made from organic and biodynamically grown grapes at his vineyard in Parma, Italy. With the vineyard sitting 300 meters above sea level, all processes are done by hand, resulting in truly top-notch sparkling wines.

Trebbiano Frizzante 2022 has a lovely complexity for a Pet Nat, with a stone fruit aura and smooooth bubbles and a length finish.

The Lambrusco Rosso 2023 is made from his prized Lambrusco which is made from grapes picked at full-ripeness and fermented with native yeasts, The wine is simply banging with juicy plum, cherry, and raspberry aromas and a noticeable spiciness on the finish.

The Ribelle Rosato 2023 is a slightly creamy Pet Nat with super fruity flavours. Think cherries, raspberries and all the red fruits! Super juicy stuff this one and one of our favourites from Donati.

The Malvasia Secco 2022 is made with the skins left on for fermentation and then is re-fermented in bottle. It's not disgorged giving it an amber haze. The wine pops with fruit, herbs, dried apricots and is seriously drinkable.
