Camillo Donati specialises in making funky fizz. The vineyard is located in Parma, Italy about 300 meters above sea level, and is organic as well as biodynamic and all the processes are done by hand. Camillo Donati is a well respected wine maker in the industry producing some world class sparkling wines.
This is his prized Lambrusco which is made from grapes picked at full-ripeness and fermented with native yeasts, The wine is simply banging with juicy plum, cherry, and raspberry aromas and a noticeable spiciness on the finish.
