Soooo excited for this one! A beautiful rosé from the master Frederic Cossard made of Cinsault from a parcel of twenty-year-old vines planted over clay and limestone in Vaison-la-Romaine, Vaucluse. A direct press and short élevage in steel make for a pale, aromatic wine with delicate notes of red fruits, flowers, and orange. Limited allocation (Pro photo coming soon)
Frederic Cossard is a larger-than-life character. He is a man with an infectious joie de vivre, with a real passion for life and a love of wine that runs deep. Fred wasn’t born into a family of vignerons and so had to start from scratch, no mean feat in Burgundy. Domaine de Chassorney was born in 1996 with a few hectares of vines rented in Saint Romain and Auxey Duresses and now comprises ten hectares of vines across several villages. He also acts as a négociant, which gives him access to fruit from some of the greatest vineyards in Burgundy. These wines are bottled eponymously, as ‘Frederic Cossard’.
BIG Value rose here from Austrain producers Judith Beck. A Biodynamic pink wine made from a zingy blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch. The grapes are fermented with their natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks to create a super delicate, fresh, crisp rose that is bursting with red fruits.
The Judith Beck estate has been farmed biodynamically since 2007, creating natural wines from native grapes that grow so well in the Burgenland region of Austria. The natural farming in the vineyard is mirrored in the winery with only natural yeasts being used along with minimal sulphur and no fining or filtration.
Is this the most iconic Natural Rose in the game? Here we have the 2019 vintage of Le Coste's infamous Rosato. Made from Aleatico from a fifty-year-old vineyard, planted at around 500 metres above sea level. The grapes are destemmed and spend a few hours on their skins before being pressed off to vat to finish fermentation, before spending a year of élevage in old barrels. The 2019 was a slightly warmer vintage, so this is noticeably more fruit-forward and fleshy than previous vintages. Juiced Recommends.
The Le Coste duo are Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi who met in France while working for the guru Gerard Schueller in Alsace, France. The pair spent over 2years working with some of France’s most renowned producers before deciding to move back to Gianmarco’s village of Gradoli in Lazio’s north. Since moving back the pair have reinvigorated local grapes and are now making some of the most respected and original wines in the Natural Wine game.
Strawberries & Cream! Haru Rose is a super smooth natty made from Mourvedre & Cabernet Sauvignon. Incredibly delicate and fresh with a palate of strawberries & cream, tangy blueberry and savory tomatoes. Great value Rose from a legendary producer.
Henri Milan has always done things his way, and broke away from the Baux de Provence AOC so as to have the freedom to produce the wines he wanted. The Domaine was started by Henri's father Robert in 1956, but it wasn't until Henri took over in the mid-80s that he converted to organic production. Influenced by Claude Courtois and Claude Bourguignon, Henri began to vinify the different sections of his vineyard separately and moved further towards natural production. He now grows a number of grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Grenache Blanc, Rolle, Roussanne and Chardonnay. The only chemical treatment used during the entire process of growth and vinification is a small amount of sulphur dioxide, which is added, on some rare occasions, during bottling. Fermentation always takes place naturally, with the grapes blended at the beginning of the process, rather than at the end. His wines have a wonderful purity and expression of terroir

One of the most recognisable producers out there, with a cult following addicted to their wines and labels. The Gut Oggau Family Reunion Rose 2016 is a very special wine, A rare limited edition bottling of Blaufrankisch and Zwiegelt from old and young vines which creates a much more profound and deeper Rose than Winifred. The colour is deep, light cherry, the nose pulls you in and the palate is rich, slightly spicy but incredibly fresh. A delicious Rose which could be treated more like a red with the capacity to age however it is drinking beautifully right now. Future Unicorn!
Gut Oggau is a 14 hectare Austrian wine estate located in the province of Burgenland by the Lake Neusiedl. The estate is run by Eduard Tscheppe and his wife Stephanie, daughter of a 2 Michelin star restaurant owner. It is a certified biodynamic estate with each wine coming from a single plot of vines with different terroirs showing different expressions in the wine. The individual personalities of the wine are expressed in the faces on the labels created by Jung von Matt (German designer) and brought together in the Gut Oggau family tree. A unique and fascinating way of describing the wines, they taste every bit as intriguing as the labels suggest.

DANGEROUSLY SMASHABLE! Rawze from Nomades is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot, which is farmed biodynamically down in the Banyuls region of Southern France. A Rose by name but we'd class it more of a light red wine which is super easy to drink and has some great savoury fruit notes.
Producer:La Caves De Nomades Region: Roussillon, France Grapes: Macabeu, Grenache Gris Style:Rose Size: 75cl bottle
NEW! Super limited allocation from Italian natural pioneers SETE. Freaky is a naughty little rose made from a blend of local grape varieties. Slight cranberry on the nose rolling into a fruity explosion ending fairly dry. 100% Natural Wine with absolutely no chemicals in the vineyards, no added sulfites, unfined, and unfiltered. Biodynamic farming.
Another new one from up and coming producer Trish aka Gazzetta. The Rosa Trilli is a light red made from a blend of white Procanico and red Sangiovese grapes which is the most incredible shade of neon red in the light. Beautiful fragrant nose with a banging blood orange twang.
This nothing less than psychedelic rosè from natural wine bad boy Antony Tortul, sees a huge array of grapes, many relatively unknow to most of us and from old vines in the Languedoc Roussillon. The concoction of grapes include Muscat d’Alexandria, Muscat Petit Grain, Nielluciu, Cardinal, Listan, and Chasselas! The wine uses wild fermentation and, according to the grapes, either direct-pressing or some skin contact in steel, then no intrusive and demeaning fining, filtration or added SO2 before bottling. Gloriously and carnally juicy, lush and crazily fresh: sherbet of pomegranate, tamarind and candied violet petals with smoked rhubarb and cassis.
Producer: La Sorga Region: Languedoc, France Grapes: Muscat, Nielluciu, Cardinal, Listan and more Style: Rose Size: 75cl bottle
A fantastic value Natural Wine from the South African pioneers Intellego who have been banging out some incredible wines over the years. Pink Moustache is a lively and fun natural rosé, cloudy in the glass and creamy in texture. Strong strawberry vibes on the nose and other lip-smacking red fruits mingle with a sherbet quality, nicely balanced and a great crowd pleaser.
Producer: Intellego Region: Swartland, South Africa Grapes: Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre Style: Rosé Size: 75cl Bottle
Miscela by Lammidia is a wine expertly mixed with red and white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel tanks. A wine that presents itself with the right aromaticity, freshness and body, and is distinguished by the ease and promptness of a quick sip.
The Susucaru Rosato is produced with the same thought process and vinification techniques as all his other wines: skin contact for mouthfeel and territory identity, malolactic fermentation fully finished for density, fluidity and stability. Susucaru Rosato is what we at Juiced think is the benchmark for refreshing summer wine, made from a blend of Malvasia, Moscadella, Insolia and Nerello Mascalese, this is a “rosé” which can also be regarded as a light red, like a “Jura” wine, pairing well with a wide variety of dishes. Certified banger and cult classic
RAINBOW JUICE! A blend of literally every grape variety over at Gentle Folk; 22 in total!! All grapes in this juice rocket are basket-pressed, followed by a bit of barrel ageing, and finally blended after fermentation. 100% Natty, No sulphites added. Funky, Juicy, Colourful - what else could you want!?

Calcarius are based in Apricena, in the northern region of Gargano, Puglia (just south of Abruzzo) where producers Valentina Passalacqua and Danilo Marcucci oversee a farm comprising 80 hectares of vines, fruit and vegetables.
We're a massive fan of this lot, with the Bianco, Orange and Rosso making the Juiced Wines list and the Pet Nat Rosato is yet another hit from these guys. Fruity as you would expect, with incredibly sophisticated bubbles and a beautiful light mouthfeel, Summer drink certified.
