One drop uses a variety of grapes including Chasselas, Muscat, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc to make one hell of a pet nat. A mixture of direct press and macerated grapes is bottled with a tad of residual sugar to create a light and creamy effervescence to the wine. Peaches and camomile with a slight pull from the tannins create a sparkling wine offering great value for money.
Domaine Geschickt is a family-owned domain that has been working biodynamically since 1998 and for the last 10 years, Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt have been at the helm. They use horses to work the land and have planted a number of trees to work harmoniously with nature.
