We were lucky enough to raid former Tillingham winemaker Ben Walgate's private collection and deep in the cellar we found a selection of back vintages of one of Tillingham's most infamous cuvee's, End Grain! Our latest pack includes the 2017. 2019 and 2020 vintages.
Tillingham 2017 is made from a blend of British Ortega, Chardonnay, Schönburger, and Bacchus with zero additions, filtration, or fining. Stone fruit led, with elevated savoury notes including cacao and spice. Indescribable bliss. 10.5% ABV
Tillingham 2019 saw a slight change to the makeup of the wine with the blend including Bacchus, Madeline Angevine, Ortega, and Müller Thurgau. Hazy and pale green gold in appearance. Brimming with elderflower, citrus, and white peach on the nose, with a hint of soft spicy notes. Saline, zesty, and with grip from the skin contact and minerality from the concrete vats. minimal sulfur added. 10% ABV
Tillingham 2020 is rose gold with an ethereal shimmer. A highly aromatic nose with magnolia and elderflower notes. Good grip from the maceration and bright acidity which underpins a lasting finish. The 2020 is made from a blend of Muller Thurgau, Ortega, Bacchus and Pinot Gris. 11% ABV
