Rosé by Nature from Pittnauer is made from mainly Blaufränkisch grapes (with a little sprinkle of St.Laurent) which were fermented in steel tanks and then matured in amphoras. This is all you want from a summery rosé, a super refreshing, tangy tipple that's bursting with zesty notes of pomegranate, rhubarb, lime, and pink grapefruit. Do you guys remember those Strawbery refresher chew bars? Imagine if they made wine....

Pittnauer Wines is the brainchild of Gerhard Pittnauer and his wife Brigitte who are based in Gols, which is part of the Burgenland in Eastern Austria. Gerhard took over the family estate at the age of just 18, the early introduction seems to have served him well, as it didn't take him long to become a very well-regarded winemaker.
