The Toutes les Mêmes rouge is a collaboration with legendary producer Julien Albertus of Jeux de Vins. The wines made from a co-ferment of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Gewürztraminer. The grapes are vinified using whole bunches in tank and pressed after a short maceration. The wine is then bottled unfiltered and without any sulphur. Pure, lifted, and insanely morish.
With her wine-making project 'Vins et Volailles', she takes over and renames the family business, a poultry specialist farm based in the Dordogne, and started co-producing and distributing limited editions of incredible and unique natural wines. Each Wine and label is designed by Justine, and they use the opportunity to call out the overly patriarchal and misogynistic attitude of the wine industry and society at large.
