Although Rosé isn't just for summer sessions in the park, with the temperature creeping up, nothing quite beats it and these 3 beauts prove it. In our first pack dedicated to the beautiful pink juice, we have the hottest bottles from some of the world's very best that will surprise and delight.
First up is Miami Sunset in a bottle! Sunset 2021 from Patrick Sullivan aka fun time juice is not quite an orange wine and not quite a rose but it sits somewhere in that range. Made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer which are both fermented on skins, along with the Shiraz but only for a short time. The whole lot is then combined together in a witch's brew of tropical fruit punch, stalks, and spice.
Producer: Patrick Sullivan
Region: Victoria, Australia
Grapes: Gewurztraminer, Sauvginon Blanc, Shiraz
9 Is Enough Rosé from Valentina Passalacqua which we've nicknamed "Italian Strawberries & Cream" is up next. Made from 100% Primitivo which undergo spontaneous fermentation in open vats with direct press, completely unfiltered and as natural as they come. Elegant Primitivo rosé that oozes aromas of strawberries and blackberries. On the palate, it's the same story, strawberries, lush berries, and some wild herbs on the finish. Such a great wine and one that even the most conventional of wine drinkers will enjoy..
