We first tasted these wines on a trip to Vienna back in 2020 and instantly fell in love with the wines, style and awesome bottle designs. Florian swears by making 100% fermented grape juice - untouched & unfiltered from his small and relatively new winery based out in Maissau, Austria. An unreal light orange wine from one the scenes pioneers, Austrian based Quantum Winery. Chaos Weiss NV is made from a GemischterSatz (Austrian for a wine made from a range of grapes, grown, pressed, and fermented together) including Gruner Veltner & Chardonnay that spend 5 days on the skins with indegenous yeast, no fining or filter, no SO2 added. A wine that's bursting with lemon meringue pie and 80's aciditiy and is a lovely entry level orange wine even for the most conventional wine drinker.

NaturgemäßAn NV is a Natural Red banger from the Austrian rockstar Florian from Quantum Winery. Cranberry and bramble fruit bonanza made from a host of Red grapes including Blaufrankisch and Zweglet. Smooth, rich and velvety delicious chilled or at room.

Chop Suey 2022 is a naughty Rose/Red hybrid from one of our favourite Austrian producers. A field blend of some of Florian's best fruit that comes together to make a stunning dark Rose wine bursting with notes of Tasty raspberry, lime and pomegranate. It’s fresh, mineral and slightly smoky on the finish, an altogether banger.

Chaos Rosa 2023 drinks more like a light red than a Rose in our eyes but whatever you class this wine as, one thing we can all agree on is it absolutely bangs! Made from a field blend of Red and White grapes including Blaufrankisch and Gruner Veltner that are all blended together and kept in stainless steel for several months before being bottled without any additions. Cloudy dark pink in colour with aromas of Haribo strawberries, pink grapefruit, a little spice and yeast. Big on minerality, little on acid, Chaos Rosa works either chilled or at room.
