This Cooperative is one of the most important in the Rueda DO and now has 400 farmers with around 2000 hectares of land. The Verdejo is all about pineapple, passionfruit and guava with a lick of citrus on the finish. The palate has a good weight to it making it a good wine to pair with seafood paella or a simple pasta dish. This is a great alternative to a Sauvignon Blanc.
