From a biodynamically-farmed vineyard, this is an impossibly delicious blend primarily based on Grenache (75%) with the balance comprising Mourvèdre and Syrah. A quick, delicate maceration keeps it all ethereal and lifted, and concrete keeps it cool and taut. A silken, plush and immorally elbow-bending vin de soif.
