NEW! Winemaker Charlie Prymaka has worked in wine for over a decade from NYC to London, but twice a year he packed up and did vintage somewhere. After vintages in the US, Australia, and Spain; he settled here in Mallorca, Spain and Jugo Vins was born.
Giro Ros 100%. 10% whole bunch at bottom of the fermenter. 90% destemmed. Fermented in inox. 50% 5 days on skins. 50% 12 days on skins. Pressed in manual wooden basket press. Raised in inox. 11.5% Alc 750ml - Small sulfur addition before bottling. No fining. No filtering. Diam 5 Closure.
