Tillingham Traditional Method 2018 is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which are whole bunch pressed, 20% of which was fermented and aged in old oak barrels and the rest fermented and aged in stainless steel. Pale gold in appearance. Brioche and melon on the nose. Gentle perlage leads into a generous, round palate, with a saline, fresh citrus character.

Chateau Barouillet Splash! 2022 is a banging and lively 11% Pet Nat made without sulphur from a plot of 40 year old Semillon vines grown in clay and limestone. Super zesty lemon and lime aromas at first with a touch of fresh meadows and plenty of fizz. A great fun wine!

Easy-drinking by nature, New Theory Pot Luck 2023 is a naughty new Pet Nat (naturally sparkling using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the wines full of summer bubbles with ripe red fruits, saline notes, and perfectly balanced bubbles. It's criminal to serve this anything less than ice cold!
