3 of Tillinghams very own wines produced from grapes on the estate and also the three final cuvee's from now departed winemaker, Ben Walgate.
Field Blend One 2021 is a blend of ten varieties all grown on the Tillingham Estate. All were picked the same day and directly pressed. Fermented and aged for six months in 500l tonneaux.

Field Blend Two 2021 is a blend of five varieties all grown on the Tillingham Estate, all picked the same day and directly pressed. Fermented and aged for four months in Stockinger puncheon, before racking to stainless steel for a further 6 months. Bottled by gravity with a small sulphur addition.

The third in the trio of Tillingham's field blend series. Field Blend Three 2022 is a Pet Nat made from a blend of Manzoni Bianco, Pinot Noir, Pineau d’Aunis and Gamay. Soft bubbles carry an abundance of cherry like notes with zippy acidity and a smooth finish.
