Fresh 2023 in from the Welsh Natural Wine trailblazers, Ancre Hills. Based out in Monmouthshire in a 12-hectare estate the teamwork organically and biodynamically to produce unique, terroir-driven wines without the use of any additives, herbicides or pesticides!
The Pet Nat is made from Triomphe grapes with the juice from the newest vintage added to the last vintage in bottle to create a light Lambrusco-like fizz. Big Sour cherry gummy and plum aromas mostly with a herbal, peppery quality on the palate.
