The Octave is madness in a bottle, made from one plot on the slopes of mount Karvounis on basalt and limestone ground The grapes are macerated on the skins for 40 days and then aged in large old barrels making this one the richer and heavier of the three wines.

The Livia is from plots of mainly limestone, schist and quartz, this provides a mineral salinity to balance the aromatic Muscat leaving a super aromatic flavour and a mouth coating texture to finish. mind glowingly good.

The Octave is made from eight plots around Mount Karvounis on basalt, schist and quartz and aged in concrete vats and amphora giving it a crazily delicate blend of aromas.
