A must-have for all the White wine lovers out there! Famiglia 2021 is basically the epitome of what a clean, drinkable, and fully natural wine should be. Made from a 50/50 blend of Bombino and Fiano grapes which undergo spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks for 6 days, without skins (direct press) before being aged for 6 months in steel tanks. Taste-wise this one is just awesome starting off with rich aromas of lemon, candied ginger, and walnuts and a palate of pineapple and a feint coconut vibe moving onto the finish. Big minerality and incredibly smashable which is dangerous in its 1 litre format.
