New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice. This stellar hamper includes both their lip-smacking light red wine, Love Bite 2023, and zippy orange wine, White Lies.

- Belazu Balsamic Tomatoes - These tomatoes are fully ripened on the vine and slow-roasted with oregano to bring out their inherent sweetness. Marinated with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP they have a wonderfully balanced sweet and sour flavour.
- Fellow Creatures Milkless Chocolate - 70 grams of quite possibly the best vegan-friendly chocolate we have ever tasted!
- Kings Beef Jerky - We went through a lot, and I mean a lot of samples and this British BBQ flavour is the best around, period.
- Love Corn Sea Salt - Wine and dried corn, because, well, it's a staple wine snack.

We offer FREE next-day delivery for all orders over £75 placed before 2pm 7 Days a Week to most mainland UK addresses.
Delivery is made in the UK via DPD special liquid service and you will receive an email and text confirmation of the ETA within a two-hour window. You also have the opportunity via the APC app or email to reschedule or leave in a safe place at anytime.
Note on rare occasions deliveries may be up to 2 working days, this is often due to missed connections and is unfortunately out of our control.
Highlands and Rural Scotland Delivery:
Some rural parts of Scotland may take upto 2 working days for orders to arrive
Northern Ireland Delivery:
All orders placed to Ireland will be dispatched on the next working day when ordered after 2:00pm. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 working days.
