We're off to Emilia-Romagna, Italy first off with a summer-worthy Pet Nat from Il Farneto, made using a combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Spergola. Fresh as the ocean and with aromatics, candy floss, peachy, citrus, and saline vibe. A quaffable little number.

It's South Africa next with a naughty new Pet Nat from Nouveau. Pot Luck is a naturally sparkling wine using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the wines full of summer bubbles with ripe red fruits, saline notes, and perfectly balanced bubbles. It's criminal to serve this anything less than ice cold!

Last but by no means least is a new arrival and our latest signing, Punk 2021 from I Love Monsters. Punk is this summer's vital hydration bubbles; vivid with aromas and flavours of strawberry and summery white flowers with doughy, brioche notes, soft spice, and a bouncy and refreshing cadence across the palate. Delicious stuff.
