
Another unicorn and masterpiece from Bouju which is full of minerality and complexity! The Lulu cuvée is marvelously velvety, with abundant red fruit and spicy notes. The destemmed harvest is left to mature in amphora for over 5 months and then ages for about twelve months in old oak barrels.
