Volume 2 of our Top Of The Pops series sees an all Italian lineup of carbonated dreams. 3 wines from two incredible producers, Camilo Donati and Casa Belfi.
First up is Donati's Lambrusco Rosso a dry, high-quality version of this famous sparkling red you might remember your mum sipping in the 80's. Fruity and tangy, this is best served chilled. Delicate bubbles, dense ruby colour, intense body, but a crisp finish. A really perfumed bouquet, plenty of dark currants and aromatic herbs with a rich, pulpy and satisfying sip of a lively carbonic and great tannic texture.

Second in this trio of dreams is Casa Belfi's cult classic Bianco Frizzante. A firm favourite of ours when we're feeling a little sparkle. This ones Bone dry with quite a punch citrus zesty flavour, Old school prosecco which needs to be shaken to waken! WARNING: Moreish AF
