
One of Anton's classics here, the Sorga Rouge 2016. The cinsault grapes used for this are off 60 year old vines planted over schiste, which are then whole bunch maceration for 2 months and then 8 months on the lees in cuve before a year in bottle. Expect a light wine here that's super smashable with all the natural credentials that makes the La Sorga's so prolific.
