
Super fruity little number, a wine that whether you know absolutely nothing about wine or a seasoned veteran everyone can really appreciate. The process is a labour of love with the grapes de-stemmed by hand, and then fermented with a maceration of 50 days of maceration. A genuine banger from the La Sorga team!
Antony Tortul worked in a few regions in the South of France before deciding to work in the very particular way that he does. Antony is a négociant; he buys grapes from various vine-growers in different regions of the Languedoc (and beyond) and vinifies in his cellar in Béziers.
