From the shores of Lake Neusiedl, which straddles the Austrian-Hungarian border comes Vol.2 in our collab series, Juiced Wines Project, Juicy 2021. a fruit-forward and super attractive rosé from Weinhof Haider that ticks all the boxes we look for in a Rose, Biodynamic, Fully Natural, and absolutely bursting with flavour. Fruit roll-up style notes on the palate, strawberry, blueberry, and cherry with a floral blossom-like aroma on the nose.
Biodyn Hider (Weinhof Haider) is a biodynamic and double certified winery based in Neusiedlersee, Burgenland. The winery has quickly amassed a cult following producing show-stopping, unfiltered wines with nothing added or taken away (for the most part) with the bulk of their production consisting of wines that are bottled completely without any addition of sulphites.
