Fifty Pound Packs Vol 9

We're not meant to have favourites but this pack could be the best one we have ever put together! Volume 9 of our budget-busting Fifty-pound pack features 3 incredible wines from Greece, Austria and Italy, all unique, delicious and perfect for summer sessions.
To kick things off we have Preknadi 2016 by Diamantakos, a beautiful hazy lemon colour with big bold aromas of white flowers, apple, pear, orange, and lime. On the palate, it's brisk with 80's acidity, medium body, and spiced stone fruits. Awesome value for money and aged for the perfect amount of time.
Region: Naoussea, Greece
Rosé by Nature from Pittnauer is made from mainly Blaufränkisch grapes (with a little sprinkle of St.Laurent) which were fermented in steel tanks and then matured in amphoras. This is all you want from a summery rosé, a super refreshing, tangy tipple that's bursting with zesty notes of pomegranate, rhubarb, lime, and pink grapefruit. Do you guys remember those Strawbery refresher chew bars? Imagine if they made wine....
Region: Burgenland, Austria
Grapes: Blaufränkisch, St Laurent
Last up is Freak from Tenuta di Tavignano, one hell of a quality pet nat that combines portions of Malvasia and Sangiovese with old-vine Verdicchio to create these super-fine bubbles. The wine has a fine and mineral feel, with the texture dialed up to 10. Fun drinking here, but plenty going on to make you remember it.
Producer: Tenuta di Tavignano
Region: Marche, Italy
Grapes: Malvasia, Sangiovese, Verdicchio
