Next up is a brand new pet nat for the DMK stable! Bigarrure 2020 is made from direct-pressed Riesling which is blended with whole bunch fermented Pinot Gris. On the nose, it's a real aromatic affair almost similar to the smell of mead, a mixture of honey and beeswax, with some heavy green herbs. It's festive, round, and greedy, with a slightly unctuous side balanced by perfect acidity and foamy bubbles.

Rounding things up is one of the most recognisable bottles in the game, Chin Chin. Produced in partnership with the team behind Noble Rot, the wines packed full of crisp green apples and citrus peel that is light, and zesty with a slight spritz. Chin Chin Vinho Verde is produced by Quinta Do Ermizio in northern Portugal. Although not fully Natural the grapes produced are organic and the Chin Chin Vinho Verde is the perfect wine to keep stocked up for any occasion.
