A beautifully crafted natural rose, tangy South African Orange and zingy Pet Nat make up Volume 14 in our £50 pack series.
Heresy Rose 2022 from Austrian rockstar producer Florian Schuhmann is a wine that uses wine and grapes from the entire vineyard (around 10 in total) to make one of the juiciest, fruit-forward rose's to pass our lips in a long time! All the grapes are from granite soil and spend 3 days on skins giving the wine a bit of depth whilst still retaining its freshness. It's all berries with this one, ripe strawberries, and zingy raspberry notes with a light mineral finish.

From Stellenbosch and New Theory comes White Lies 2023. An incredibly clean, skin-contact wine, with the Pinot Gris spending 4 days on skins giving it light, easygoing tannins, white flowers, and a crisp grapey flavour. We aren't ones to go all Gordon Ramsey and tell you what to eat, but, this with white fish or seafood, banging!

Last up is Ninjano Pavarotti 2022, the latest EWC (European Wine Collaboration) series between Italian winemaker Lorenzo Fiorin and one-man winemaking army, Florian Schumann of Quantum WInery. Florian is quite open to the fact making sparkling wine isn't really his bag so works with a range of European winemakers on collaborations that highlight how Austrian grapes can make fantastic sparkling wines. Made with a field blend of Austrian and Italian grapes this rose petnat is simply stunning, white peach, and wild strawberries all sing from the finest of bubbles
