Our super value series is now in double figures thanks to this stellar trio of natural wines from producers Ceillo, Domaine Muller-Koeberle, and Austrian rockstars, Quantum Winery.
First up is an incredibly good value, almost chalky organic wine from the winemaking mecca, Sicily. Made from 100% unfiltered organic Catarratto, the wine has a wonderful grapey nose with mouth-filling notes of pink grapefruit and apple and a slight spiciness from the lees.

Next up is Symbiose 2021 a light red/borderline rose banger that's a proper expression of the legendary Alsace winemaking region. The wines made from a blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, and Auxerrios all from the same granite soil parcel. Now the wine itself is complex with bursting acidity and lifting raspberry notes both on the nose through to the palate. One of those wines that's incredibly easy to drink and develops through the bottle, recommend decanting for the perfect session. No sulphur, Demeter, and Vin Methode Natural certified.

To wrap things up is Quantum Winery's Dekonstruktion 2021, an incredible representation of how great the Blaufränkisch grape is. The fruit is grown on granite and Diatomaceous soil and spends 4 days on skins before bottling. Medium-to-light bodied with solid tannic structure and bold acidity. On the nose, it's red currant, black cherry, and blackberry fruit notes intermixed with spicy cardamom, black pepper, and earth. On the palate, its acidity brightens up the fruit and just begs for food. This bangs at room or slightly chilled.
