100% Pinot Gris grapes which spend 15 days skin maceration in whole bunches making for one hell of a wine. On the palate the wines got strawberries, rhubarb, gooseberry pie with beautifully soft tannins and plenty of red fruit aromas.
The Brand family has been making wine in the Ergersheim region of Alsace since 1956. The vineyards have been organic since 2001 and Philippe took over duties in 2006 and by 2015, his land was Biodynamic certified. A true Natural WIne pioneer.
