Patrick Bouju is one of the most renowned and followed Natural Winemakers on the scene right now thanks to worldwide praise for his wines and celebrity fans such as Action Bronson and Ochin Clovis (as well as us obviously!)
Away from the glitz and glamour Patrick practices his craft in Auvergne, France where he has several small plots growing local varieties such as Pinot Noir and Gamay. Each plot is cared for by the man himself due to an obsession with quality, taste, and profile.

First up is the iconic, Mol 2019. One of the scenes go to reds, fruit-forward, medium-bodied, and oozing with inky dark fruits. One of the all-time greats and an incredible tipple.

Second is Patrick Bouju's unique marriage of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Viognier... CCV 2018. A super elegant, aromatic, fragrant, and super minerally white wine that's got peach, lemon, and hallmark Bouju acidity.

Last but by no means least is Super B 2019. A light red from Patrick Bouju of Domaine La Boheme which goes down wayyy too easy. 100% Gamay, the fruit that lies within is bright, nimble, and fresh with a sour/tartness that's reminiscent of chomping down berries on a summer walk. In summary, this is one of Patrick's most smashable reds and should be a staple of any natty wine drinker.
