The Pash Rash is back! Producers Borachio are without a doubt the leaders in quirky label art and names and this one doesn't disappoint. Made from Mount Compass Pinot Noir, picked, pressed, bottled. Simple...ish? This year sees quenchy grapefruit flavours married with fresh strawberry in a delicious fizzy hit. It's essential that this is served chilled!
Alicia Basa & Mark Warner from Borachio are quite simply making frivolous wine from organic fruit without any additions. After starting their winemaking work with James Erskine of Jauma, now Alicia and Mark have well and truly built their own reputation with Borachio, sourcing organic grapes from Mount Compass and Mount Torrens in South Australia to make light, playful wines with a cheeky soul. Zero additives and zero fuss.
