Bodega Cueva by Mariano, Joy 2019
The sister of the super popular "Orange", Joy 2019 is a lovable, delicious Orange/Rosé wine made by veteran winemaker Mariano Taberner. Both white varieties of Tardana and Macabeo spent a period of 8 days maceration on the skins. The result is a unique deep orange colour with noticeable pink reflections in the glass. The sip doesn't disappoint; a burst of fruity freshness that remains focused and sapid. It's a real summer treat. We recommend serving chilled and opening 5-10 minutes before drinking.
In the centre of the small hamlet of La Portera at the heart of the Utiel-Requena region in Valencia, you will find Bodega Cueva.
