9 Is Enough Rosé which we've nicknamed "Italian Strawberries & Cream" is made from 100% Primitivo. Grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in open vats with direct press, completely unfiltered and as natural as they come. Elegant Primitivo rosé that oozes aromas of strawberries and blackberries. On the palate, it's the same story, strawberries, lush berries, and some wild herbs on the finish. Such a great wine and one that even the most conventional of wine drinkers will enjoy..

Valentina Passalacqua is a trailblazing young natural winemaker in Puglia, a region not exactly known for biodynamic, no sulfur wines.  She took over her family’s land (used only for cattle grazing since 1900), located inside Gargano National Park, to create a diverse farm that includes indigenous grape varietals.  Her family considered the land too difficult, too poor, for crops, not realizing that they were actually sitting on a precious marble mine – or soil that happens to be amazing for vines.  The rocky, mineral-rich soil does not retain water (also great for vines), and proximity to the sea means cooling breezes and ventilation (another plus).  Valentina’s wines are pure, elegant, never soupy as you sometimes see in wines from Puglia (it’s hot there). Because, she is careful about canopy management (to ensure grapes don’t get cooked) and picks early to retain freshness and acidity.

Some rural parts of Scotland may take upto 2 working days for orders to arrive

Northern Ireland Delivery:
All orders placed to Ireland will be dispatched on the next working day when ordered before 2:00pm. Orders generally arrive within 2-4 working days and are fulfilled by Royal Mail.

Eastbourne Delivery:
Spend over £35 for FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY.

All orders placed by 4pm will be delivered the same day before 7pm. All orders under £35 will be charged £5.99. Please note ONLY Eastbourne postcodes will qualify for Same Day Delivery
