Next in line is Freak Pet Nat, one hell of a quality pet nat that combines portions of Malvasia and Sangiovese with old-vine Verdicchio to create these super-fine bubbles. The wine has a fine and mineral feel, with the texture dialed up to 10. Fun drinking here, but plenty going on to make you remember it.
